We put all our materials, components and chairs through rigorous tests that far exceed industry standards, so you know they’re really built to last. Every design change we make is grounded in data and feedback drawn from testers in our research lab and over 1 million users worldwide. To make sure we get even the little things right, we also put together an independent Ergonomics Advisory Board comprising experts in the fields of biomechanics, orthopedics and more to facilitate extensive ergonomic studies and product development reviews.

The Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 is shaped to support you in a healthy, neutral posture, while distributing weight evenly and relieving peak pressure zones. It leverages cutting-edge engineering to offer more advanced personalization, including our new 4-way L-ADAPT™ Lumbar Support System and CloudSwap™ replacement system for our 4D armrests. We continue to break new ground with our upholstery — Secretlab NEO™ Hybrid Leatherette and SoftWeave™ Plus fabric are our most advanced materials to date, bringing together both looks and performance.

The Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 is available in three sizes — Small, Regular and XL. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to our chairs, so we have different sizes for different heights and builds. In addition, our S and R sizes come with shorter, re-engineered hydraulics to allow more people to easily set their feet flat on the ground for a more ergonomic posture.
That aside, all three sizes share the same features, so you enjoy the same support no matter which one you choose.

No. The Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 comes in three sizes, allowing us to accommodate those of you who prefer the size of the Secretlab OMEGA, while making it a lot easier to find the perfect fit for yourself. In addition, it brings together the best of the Secretlab OMEGA and TITAN in one chair, so you don’t have to give up any features in order to achieve a better fit.
Compared to the Secretlab OMEGA, the Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 (Size Small) is sized to fit more petite individuals even better. If you need help choosing a size, our handy sizing calculator can give you a recommendation based on your height and weight.

Our new-generation upholsteries have been engineered for different properties. You might find one more suitable than the other, depending on your needs.
Here’s a look at how they differ:
- Spill-resistance
Secretlab NEO™ Hybrid Leatherette is water-resistant — it won’t soak up liquid, so common spills are easily cleaned up. We recommend this over SoftWeave™ Plus fabric if you eat frequently at your desk and are prone to accidents. - Breathability
If you perspire frequently at your desk, Secretlab SoftWeave™ Plus is a good pick. High-strength yarn fibers are looped tightly for durability, but they still allow air to flow through for unmatched breathability. We’ve improved on the breathability of SoftWeave™ Plus as well, so you stay cool during the long summer days. - Maintenance
Secretlab NEO™ Hybrid Leatherette requires only the occasional wipe-down to keep it in tip-top condition, and a slightly damp microfiber cloth should make quick work of dirt and light stains. SoftWeave™ Plus fabric requires less cleaning, and loose particles are easily vacuumed up. However, any stains will be tougher to remove.

The Secretlab MAGNUS was designed as a simple, fuss-free solution to cable mess. It has been engineered from the ground up to help you get organized and look good while doing it. Our in-house product and engineering teams spent years developing and fine-tuning every aspect of it, from the slimness of the table top to its elegant floating surface. The majority of the chassis is constructed from metal, so it’s exceedingly durable while still maintaining a slim and modern profile for greater leg room and improved air flow if you want to set your PC on the floor.
More crucially, the steel construction of the Secretlab MAGNUS allows it to support an entire proprietary ecosystem of magnetic accessories, designed specially for the desk. This includes the Secretlab MAGPAD™ Magnetic Leatherette Desk Mat, dedicated cable anchors and table leg sheaths, a headphone hanger, and more, so you can organize all your tech essentials and reduce clutter. The Secretlab MAGPAD™ is a full-coverage leatherette desk mat that adds an additional level of customization to your setup, and its plush leatherette delivers an unmatched feel under your skin.
The built-in cable management tray is covered by a hinged cover with an offset gap. This gap allows cables to be easily routed from the cable management tray to your devices, so you can set the Secretlab MAGNUS flush against the wall without crushing your cables.
Finally, we designed and optimized the Secretlab MAGNUS for use with your Secretlab chair. The carefully calibrated height of 735mm (29”) is the optimum height for most people. On top of that, the desk surface is just 20mm (0.8”) thin, allowing you to slide your armrests under and sit closer for better focus. You can also easily bring your armrests level with the table top for greater ergonomic comfort.
We spent years studying how people work and play, so we could design a desk that would fit you better. We’ve optimized the height of the desk at 735mm (29”) to suit most people, but you can still fine-tune the height and raise it by up to 20mm (0.8”). Each leg is independently adjustable, and you can do so by using the included M5 Allen key to turn the screw at the bottom of each table leg. This allows you to achieve a perfectly level surface even if the floor is uneven.
The Secretlab MAGNUS has been designed for use with your Secretlab chair. The desk is set at a carefully calibrated height of 735mm (29”), the optimum height for most people. The ultra-slim table top is just 20mm (0.8”) thin, allowing you to easily slide your armrests under the desk and bring them level with the table top for greater ergonomic comfort. For a more relaxed position, simply recline in your Secretlab chair and pull the armrests to the table.

No, you do not have to use the Secretlab MAGPAD™ with the Secretlab MAGNUS. However, we strongly recommend doing so as it will protect your desk surface and keep the Secretlab MAGNUS in better condition for longer. In addition, the plush leatherette delivers a more comfortable feel under the skin compared to steel.
The Secretlab MAGNUS is engineered to withstand loads up to 100kg (220.5lbs), more than enough for your desktop PC, multiple monitors, speakers, and more. The rear hinged cover is rated for loads up to 25kg (55.1lbs).
The built-in cable management tray spans the entire length of the Secretlab MAGNUS and is spacious enough to hold all the cables in an advanced setup, large power strips, and more.
The Secretlab MAGPAD™ desk mat protects the surface of your Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk. It was not designed to be used as a mousepad, so we recommend that you still use your own mousepad with the Secretlab MAGNUS for the optimal experience.
The Secretlab MAGRGB™ Diffused RGB LED Strip supports 4 custom lighting presets — Color Cycle, Static, Pulsing (Multi-color) and Pulsing (Single Color) — and 7 different colors via the included remote.
The Secretlab MAGNUS was designed to work with the vast majority of monitor arms with a screw clamp length of under 100mm. The offset gap in front of the rear hinged cover is wide enough to accommodate the clamping mechanism of most arms, while still allowing you to set your desk flush against the wall.
No, the steel surface of the desk is powder-coated so it is not conductive. In addition, it is further insulated when used with the Secretlab MAGPAD™ Magnetic Leatherette Desk Mat.
The Secretlab MAGNUS will also work with most Qi-certified wireless charging devices. However, it is not guaranteed to work with certain uncertified products.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships.
Once your order has been successfully placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Order
The estimated shipping date for pre-order products can be found in your order confirmation email and invoice. This date is an estimate of when your order will be back in stock and shipped to you.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, our team will work to dispatch it as soon as possible. You’ll then receive a shipping email with tracking details.
Shipping
Shipping generally costs around US$29 via FedEx Ground for one Secretlab chair or Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk. The final shipping cost will depend on your location and is calculated at checkout. We also offer promotions for free shipping from time to time, so keep a lookout for them!
We deliver your order straight to your address via FedEx & UPS. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order. Please ensure that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
We ship to residential or commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. However, FedEx Ground delivery is unable to deliver to any military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations.
If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to FedEx directly after placing your order.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Tennessee and Utah. Once you’ve placed your order, it typically takes up to 1 working day to be processed and is delivered within 3 working days.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
*Exceptions may apply for particularly distant or inaccessible locations.
**Secretlab will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
***We’re expecting additional delivery delays to your orders as a result of the high volume of sales. We ask for your patience as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
While we’d love to offer this option, our products and packaging are very bulky and heavy, so we’re unable to deliver them to PO boxes and pick-up shops. However, if you require assistance with shipping, please write in to our support team via our Support Form. They’ll be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our products, our couriers are unable to deliver to high-floor apartments without lift access. If your apartment lacks lift access, we recommend making sure you’re home on the day of delivery as our delivery partners will only be able to deliver the Secretlab MAGNUS to your building. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order and check when it is arriving.
Warranty, Refund & Return
Our warranty policy can be summarized as follows:
- Up to 5-years warranty on all functionality portions of the chair. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the chair are not covered.
- Submit a warranty claim via our Contact Form with image/video attachments of relevant affected area.
- Secretlab reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.
We do not offer exchanges for our products at the moment. However, we do have a Return & Refund policy in place which you may refer to for more information.
In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged, defective or missing parts, please drop us a ticket on our Contact Form with photos of the affected area and your order number. Our support specialists will do their best to assist you.
The Secretlab 5-Year Extended Warranty Program is only available to Secretlab 2022/2020 series chairs.
If you have purchased a Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 or 2020 Series model, simply post a photo of your new chair on social media — including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube or Twitch — with the hashtag #secretlab. Make sure your post is set to public, and then submit the post URL on our Warranty Extension page.
You should receive an email update within 5 working days.
Our warranty policy can be summarized as follows:
- 5-year warranty on use as a desk. Aesthetics, misuse and normal wear and tear are excluded.
- Submit a warranty claim via our Contact Form with image/video attachments of relevant affected area(s).
- Secretlab has the final right to decide if a claim under the warranty is valid.
Assembly & Care of Products
Once your order has been delivered, we’ll send you an email containing an assembly video and guide. You can also find them on our Resources page.
The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. For more tips on keeping your chair in mint condition, we’ve put together a handy Aftercare Guide with more detailed maintenance instructions.
We do not ship pre-assembled products to ensure that they do not get damaged during transport. However, we’ve done our best to simplify the process by including a detailed assembly guide with every product. Alternatively, you can refer to the full assembly video on our Resources Page for a step-by-step visual walkthrough.
You can use TaskRabbit to book a skilled Tasker to help you assemble your new chair and/or Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk. More details can be found on the TaskRabbit website.
However, we recommend that certain steps in the assembly of the Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk be performed by two people. When booking a Tasker to assemble your Secretlab MAGNUS, do bear in mind that you may need to assist the Tasker during these steps. Alternatively, you can hire a second Tasker.
Under certain conditions, magnets may interfere with medical devices. The neodymium magnets we use have been extensively tested for safety and interference, but we strongly recommend consulting your doctor or device manufacturer for specific guidelines if you have a medical implant.
To avoid any potential interactions with your device, keep the magnetic head pillow and armrests a safe distance (30cm / 12 inches) away from your medical device.
Small magnets may also pose a choking hazard and are dangerous if swallowed. Keep them away from children and pets.
The neodymium magnets found on the head pillow, armrest tops and side covers of the Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 have been extensively tested for safety and interference. They should not interfere with electronic devices like smart watches and wireless charging devices.
The head pillow and side covers are also a safe distance away from where electronic devices are usually placed. Additionally, the magnets on the armrest covers are insulated by a thick PU layer and should not affect smart watches.
The Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 (Size Small, Regular, XL) comes with our new patent-pending Secretlab Magnetic Memory Foam Head Pillow. All three sizes feature our patent-pending integrated 4-way L-ADAPT™ Lumbar Support System, which can be adjusted up and down, and in and out. A revolutionary matrix of living hinges adapts to the unique curve of your lumbar spine for maximum support. As a result, the Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 does not come with its own memory foam lumbar pillow.
You can move the armrests closer to you by pressing the black button on the inner edge of the armrest and sliding the armrest top inward. To move them even closer, unscrew the three M8 screws holding each armrest in place under the seat base and shift both armrests closer. Tighten the screws to fix the armrests in their new position.

While the Secretlab MAGNUS features an extremely sturdy and durable steel chassis, proper care is still crucial to ensuring it continues to stay in good condition. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or cleaners as they can potentially damage the powder-coated finish of the desk. Use a cloth with water or mild, non-detergent soap to wipe it down regularly.
The Secretlab MAGPAD™ is constructed from plush and durable leatherette, but proper aftercare is still crucial to keeping it in tip-top condition. Treat it the way you would treat your Secretlab chair — keep liquids away from it and wipe up any spills immediately. You can wipe it down occasionally to keep it clean as well.
